No sale or earnings guarantee
Promotion packages increase the visibility of a listing. They do not guarantee traffic, inquiries, offers or a completed sale. Nothing on Flipora is a forecast of income.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must own what they list, describe the business accurately, and keep actual financial figures separate from any projections. Pre-revenue businesses must be labeled as pre-revenue. Misrepresentation results in removal.
Listing review
Flipora reviews listings for clarity and evidence of ownership. A review is not an audit, valuation or endorsement, and buyers remain responsible for their own due diligence.
Payments and transfer
Flipora does not currently process payments or hold funds. Buyers and sellers agree their own payment or escrow arrangement and are responsible for completing the transfer of domains, code, accounts and other assets.
